• Marion was very helpful in getting an urgent appointment. The staff are friendly and well informed and genuinely care. Zoe is a fantastic addition too! I have not been with the practice for long but it is fantastic with a family feel, I left my previous practice as it’s now a corporate which lacked compassion and was money orientated. Best move I have made for my pets was to come to Fairfield.

• Very friendly place, the vet I saw was lovely and I felt happy to ask questions, I think her name was Rose, really nice lady.

• Fairfield House vets have always provided excellent prompt care and advice for our family pets

• The practice always seems to have knowledgable and helpful staff who are also very welcoming. Although there are vets closer to my home, Fairfield house is much the best. Please stay privately run. My experience of practices bought by corporates is not a good one.

• Everyone is always friendly helpful and professional. In times of more upsetting visits I have always found the team to be empathetic and kind. I have used this practise for 3 of my dogs and although over that time I have met a number of different vets nurses and reception staff the service we have received has always been exemplory. I wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

• Lucy was kind to both myself and my very anxious dachshund. She put him at ease when examining him and was able to give me a solution to his problem.

• Looked after Reggie (the world’s naughtiest cat) so well. Rose the vet was especially reassuring, comforting and kept me informed. As well as the veterinary nurses. Thank you so much for making him better!

• I’ve been coming for 30 years and they have cared for several generations of our family pets. It’s a great veterinary practice. They have always listened and we have always discussed the next steps in my animals care – ie whether to continue treatment or not, whether to wait and see or whether to start a new regime. I trust them completely with all my animals and their care

• A first class old school vet practice and not corporate, always able to have full, frank and honest conversations with the vets, always made to feel our input on outcomes and options is listened to, out of hours service is second to none, its always a pleasure to to come to the practice and we always go away happy and satisfied, most importantly all the staff are very good at making their patients feel relaxed and at ease

  John and I wouild like to thank you and Alesha coming over to us on Tuesday afternoon. It was a situation we were not looking forward to and we were grategul that Jazz could be at home to go to sleep. I knew it was the right thing to do as she had ‘aged’ in the last week but when Jazz ran over to you wagging her tail and making a welcome fuss I really wondered!

  Your gentle kind words have helped a lot and we appreciate the time you took to make her end of life peaceful for her and for us. Even though it is your profession you must be affected by these situations.

  Being able to cuddle him in our arms in the boot of our car as he was given his final injection was so special we could not have been closer to him, or him to us, as we buried our heads into his fur and whispered our love as he fell asleep in our arms. Thank you for making Jasper’s last moments as precious as all the days and years that preceded them.

• Thank you for the incredible kindness you showed us when we had to have our beautiful black lab Jasper put down. You made the whole process so easy to participate in and we gelt we were able to give Jasper the send off we wanted
