About Rowen
Rowen was born and raised on his family’s farm in Byron Bay on the East Coast of Australia. He studied Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland and graduated in 1998. After graduation, he worked for many years in both Australia and England before settling with his family in Uckfield.
He joined Fairfield House Veterinary Surgery in 2016 and a few years later became a partner alongside Kirsty and George. He shares their desire to maintain and continually improve the care, quality and independence of Fairfield House Veterinary Surgery.
He shares his house with his wife, 2 children, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 chickens, 6 fish, a tortoise and a giant African land snail. In his spare time, he still enjoys getting in the water through paddle boarding, swimming and kayaking with his family.
