About Dόnal
After qualifying in Dublin in the mid 90’s Dόnal spent a year teaching in the university before moving this side of the pond. He worked in mixed practice in Wales, Hampshire and Surrey before moving to East Sussex. He joined the practice in 2017.
Having worked in mixed practice his entire career, Dόnal enjoys the variety that seeing the different species gives but he has a particular interest in Equine work. He has done advanced horse dentistry courses and also courses in donkey medicine and surgery and in camelid work.
Dόnal is also a qualified veterinary acupuncturist and acupunctures all species regularly in the practice…dogs, cats, horses, donkeys and even rabbits, alpacas and sheep.
When not at work Dόnal enjoys getting into the outdoors and off the beaten track and enjoys travelling all over the world.
