We’re really pleased to announce that Alex Dalleywater will be starting with us on 28th July 2025. Alex is an experienced small animal vet who has worked locally for a number of years and may well be known to some of our clients. We are thrilled that she is joining us!
We asked her to send us a little bio that we could share with you, so this is from Alex:
“I have been a vet now for longer than many of my colleagues have been alive! I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 1994 and my first jobs were in mixed general practice in Kent and Gloucestershire. When I moved to East Sussex in 1998, I decided to focus on small animal veterinary practice and have worked locally since then. I have kept up to date by undertaking 2 post graduate certificates; one in general practice and the second in small animal internal medicine and am an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in small animal internal medicine.
In the last 5 years, I have been working as Lead Vet in a small animal clinic in Surrey and for the last year, I have been the Ward Vet working in a 24 hour hospital where I look after the most sick patients that have been admitted to hospital. This entails working up the cases and managing them medically and surgically as required by each case. It is always challenging but is very rewarding when the patients are well enough to go home.”
